We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international customers:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Delivery times may be longer than estimated due to customs processing
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used air mattresses and camp bedding
- BBQ tools and cooking accessories that show signs of use
- Personal care items
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
We’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you about your refund or exchange status.
Refund Information
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
