Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags and accessories must be included
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used air mattresses and camp bedding
  • BBQ tools and cooking accessories that show signs of use
  • Personal care items
  • Products with removed or damaged serial numbers

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
